FAQ

About the products

1. Is this an officially licensed product?

Yes. 3D Pogo is an officially licensed Printable Scenery printer, authorized to print and sell their designs across the EU, UK, USA, and Canada. All terrain is printed under direct license from Printable Scenery.

2. What material do you print in?

All terrain is printed in PETG, a durable filament that won't warp on your gaming table or in transit. PETG holds detail well, paints cleanly, and survives drops better than PLA.

3. What's the difference between Unpainted, Primed, and Hand-painted?

  • Unpainted: raw PETG print, ready for you to prime and paint yourself. The most affordable option for hobbyists who love the brush.
  • Unpainted & Primed: raw print with primer applied — saves you a step and gives a smoother base for painting.
  • Hand-painted: fully finished — drybrushed, washed, sealed, and tabletop-ready out of the box.

4. What scale are your prints?

All Printable Scenery terrain is designed for 28mm-32mm scale, the standard for D&D, Warhammer, Frostgrave, Mordheim, and most fantasy RPG miniatures. Compatible with Heroic 28mm and most modern wargame ranges.

Shipping & timing

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship across the EU, UK, USA, and Canada. EU shipping is free on all orders. UK, US, and CA shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

6. How long until I get my order?

Total time = production + shipping.

Production times (until dispatch):

  • Unpainted & Primed: within 2 weeks (up to 4 during busy periods)
  • Hand-painted: within 6 weeks (up to 8 depending on size and quantity)

Shipping (after dispatch):

  • EU: 3-7 business days
  • UK: 5-10 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7-14 business days

Example: a hand-painted order to Germany typically takes 6-8 weeks total.

7. Why does it take so long?

Each piece is printed and finished to order, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. We're a small Croatian workshop with limited printer capacity, which means longer waits — but also better quality control than mass-printed competitors. Every print is checked, finished, and packed individually. Quality over speed, always.

8. What about customs and import duties?

EU and UK orders ship duty-paid — no extra charges. USA  orders : As of August 2025, the US ended its $800 duty-free de minimis exemption. All US orders are now subject to duties. To avoid surprise charges on delivery, we collect estimated duties at checkout — no extra fees when your package arrives.

Painting & finishing

9. What paints do you use for hand-painted pieces?

We use Vallejo and Citadel acrylics, applied with drybrushing and washing techniques to bring out PETG's surface texture. Each piece is sealed with matte varnish for table durability.

10. What primer do you use on Primed pieces?

We use grey acrylic primer applied evenly with airbrush — a neutral base that works for any color scheme you plan to paint over it.

11. Can I request a specific paint scheme?

For standard collections, we offer the default scheme shown in product photos. Custom paint schemes are available for bulk orders — email us to discuss.
