All items at 3D Pogo are printed to order in PETG. Please allow production time before dispatch.
2. Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders to EU and UK.
USA: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
3. Production & Dispatch Time
All items are made to order. Please allow the following production times before dispatch:
- Unpainted & Primed: 1-2 weeks
- Hand-painted: 2-4 weeks
You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched.
4. Delivery Times
EU: 3-7 business days after dispatch
UK: 5-10 business days after dispatch
USA: 7-14 business days after dispatch
5. Tracking
Upon dispatch you will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment.
6. Change of Delivery Address
We can change your delivery address at any time before dispatch. Contact us at info@3dpogo.shop.
7. Duties & Taxes
All prices include applicable taxes for EU and UK orders. USA and other international buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@3dpogo.shop and we will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
9. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for unused items in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refunds are processed as store credit.
10. Warranty
Valid warranty claims accepted within 90 days of receipt. Contact us at info@3dpogo.shop.
11. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, please refer to our returns policy.
